We offer a full refund up to 24-hours before your appointment. If you havenʻt contacted us at least 24-hours before the day of your appointment, we are unable to refund your purchase. However, we may be able to re-schedule your appointment based upon availability. No-shows will be charged the full price.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received and validated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation due to weather
Take flight Watersports LLC reserves the right to cancel any lesson at anytime due to weather conditions. Our intention is to provide every student with a safe and enjoyable lesson. If your lesson is cancelled due to weather, you will have two options: (1) reschedule your lesson, or (2) request a refund. There are no refunds on gear. Gear is special ordered, and once paid for, no refunds or exchanges.
